Devil's Thirst Tea
Inspired by Vampires this tea is a black tea from the Fujina province of China, this tea is processed over wood fires (pine or cypress) giving it a robust, rich smoky flavor. Produces a medium-bodied cup with a reddish amber color. Perfect for keeping that thirst away.
Lapsang Souchong is prepared with water at a temperature a little less than boiling 95 °C (203 °F). Infuse it for 3-5 minutes and use one tbsp of loose tea per 150 ml 2/3 cups of water. Drink it hot or let it cool completely to be able to use it in our Lapsang Souchong Cocktail. The smoky flavor pairs well with just about any food you could make on a grill or campfire—red meat, eggs and bacon, barbeque, etc. You can enjoy lapsang souchong on its own, or with the addition of your favorite sweetener such as sugar or honey, and milk like almond milk, soy milk, dairy milk, or coconut milk – there's no wrong way to drink it!
