Made for all hair types but 3c-4c were heavily considered.
Hair Types 1a-3b I recommended the less is more approach. 3c-4c apply liberally and use heat or wrap hair in a plastic cap.

Directions:
After shampooing, squeeze excess water from hair. Apply a generous amount of conditioner to wet hair. Detangle with fingers or a wide-tooth comb. Allow the mask to do its magic for 10-45 minutes. Rinse with cool water and style as usual. Gently towel dry or diffuse hair.
